Transition aimed to help Priory School, Slough's Year 6 children transfer more successfully to their secondary schools.

Priory School wanted to work with three different Creative Partners who would also work with Year 6 children from St Peter’s School and Year 7 children from Burnham Upper School.

This project ran for a term and a half and involved all of the children in Year 6. The project will culminate in an Exhibition to take place in July where Priory, St Peter’s and Burnham Upper will share the work they have done with the three Creative Partners.
